Google Did you mean? feature is permanent
OVERVIEW
Since early February 2009 the "Did you mean?" feature in Google appears to be here for good. It appears that Google have adopted a policy of exact match for a given key phrase. This has inevitably caused issues in SERPs (Search engine results pages).
In this article I will explore the following key phrase "holistic skin care" to illustrate the effect of the "Google Did you mean?" feature.
Prior to February 2009
If you were to type "holistic skincare" the following URL would appear: http://www.purevisionuk.com/book-holistic-skincare.html.
Now google says Did you mean: "holistic skin care". See the image below:

If you do click on "holistic skin care", the URL http://www.purevisionuk.com/book-holistic-skincare.html now appears way do on page 2, at position 11 in Google (This is at the time of writing this article).
SOLUTION
The only way to resolve this issue seems to be to change the Title tag on the page to match the "did you mean" search terms exactly.
You can track the results of my recommended solution by typing "holistic skin care" in to Google, and if all is well http://www.purevisionuk.com/book-holistic-skincare.html will be on the page of the results.
